At Lucion Survey, we're looking for a Measured Building Surveyor to join our team, working across Bristol and Stroud. You'll be surveying a varied mix of buildings, producing high-quality measured surveys that architects, engineers, and designers can rely on with confidence. We care about precision, consistency, and people who enjoy doing things properly (without unnecessary fuss).
What You'll Be Doing
- Carrying out measured building surveys using laser scanners, total stations, and associated kit
- Capturing accurate spatial data and translating it into clear, usable drawings and models
- Producing floor plans, elevations, sections, and 3D outputs to agreed specifications
- Working closely with clients, architects, and project teams
- Keeping quality, accuracy, and safety at the heart of everything you do
- Sharing knowledge and supporting junior surveyors when needed
What We're Hoping You'll Bring
- Experience as a Measured Building Surveyor
- Confidence using laser scanning and/or total station equipment
- Strong CAD skills and understanding of drawing standards
- A sharp eye for detail (you notice when something's 10mm out)
- Full UK driving licence
- CSCS card (preferred, but not essential)
