We're now looking for an Asbestos Lab Bulk Analyst to join our UKAS-accredited laboratory team. If you care about quality, accuracy, and getting things right the first time you'll fit right in.
What You'll Be Getting Stuck Into
This is a hands-on laboratory role where precision, consistency, and technical confidence are key. You'll be analysing bulk samples, producing reliable results, and helping ensure our clients receive answers they can trust. You'll:
- Analyse bulk asbestos samples using PLM in line with UKAS and HSG248 requirements
- Accurately identify asbestos types (yes all of them) and record results clearly and correctly
- Maintain high standards of quality, documentation, and data integrity because details matter
- Support the smooth running of the laboratory, including equipment checks and quality controls
- Work collaboratively with surveyors, consultants, and wider operational teams
- Play your part during audits and assessments calmly, professionally, and well prepared
In short: focused, skilled lab work that genuinely protects people and supports safer decisions.
