Are you ready to lead on projects that tackle real-world climate and water challenges? At Lucion Delta-Simons, we’re expanding our Flood & Climate Risk team and are looking for a Senior Consultant who’s passionate about flood risk, sustainable drainage, and creating practical solutions that matter.
You’ll work on diverse projects for both public and private sector clients — from major infrastructure schemes to innovative ESG-driven developments.
- Leading and delivering Flood Risk Assessments, Drainage Strategies and risk appraisals
- Designing SuDS and providing planning support
- Advising investors on water-related risks for property and infrastructure assets
- Supporting innovation in areas like nutrient neutrality and biodiversity net gain
- Building strong client relationships and mentoring junior colleagues
Requirements:
- 4+ years in flood risk, drainage, or water management consultancy
- A strong grasp of planning policy, technical standards, and drainage design tools
- Confident project management and clear communication
