Join Lucion Delta-Simons and help shape a greener tomorrow!
Do you see soil as more than just dirt? Do you get excited about groundwater samples, site investigations, and the thrill of solving environmental puzzles? If so, we’ve got a role that’s right up your muddy alley.
At Lucion Delta-Simons, we’re not just ticking boxes — we’re protecting people and the planet. We blend science, sustainability, and a dash of curiosity to tackle environmental challenges head‑on. Now, we’re looking for a Geo-Environmental Engineer to join our Bristol team and bring their expertise (and maybe their favourite pair of wellies) to the field.
What you’ll be doing:
- Conducting site investigations that uncover the hidden stories beneath our feet.
- Assessing environmental risks and crafting solutions that make a real difference.
- Collaborating with a passionate team of engineers, scientists, and sustainability champions.
- Turning complex data into clear, actionable insights.
What we’re looking for:
- A degree in Environmental Science, Geology, Civil Engineering, or similar.
- Experience in contaminated land assessment, ground investigation, or environmental consultancy.
- A curious mind, a problem‑solving spirit, and a love for the outdoors.
- Someone who can balance technical precision with creative thinking.
Because we believe great work deserves great rewards:
- 25 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays.
- Option to purchase up to 5 extra days through salary sacrifice.
- Westfield Health cashback plan for everyday healthcare needs.
- Company pension with 4% employer contribution.
- Life insurance worth 3× your annual salary.
- Tech Pack scheme – borrow up to £1,000 annually for gadgets, furniture, or home upgrades from top retailers.
- Access to shopping discounts, rewards, and points.
- Enhanced maternity and paternity leave to support your family.
