Primary Purpose of the Role: The Account Director is a senior leadership position responsible for independently developing and delivering PR strategies, overseeing all client relationships and ensuring the successful achievement of PR results for clients within their team. This role also supports the Agency Founder and Agency Vice Presidents, including contributing to new business pitches when required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Utilises a strong network of senior-level contacts to secure high-profile media coverage, designer features and major PR opportunities, including VIP endorsements.
- Develops and implements comprehensive communication strategies for existing clients while also contributing to proposals for new business.
- Leads and manages the Account Manager and Junior Account Executive, overseeing multiple client accounts and ensuring all deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Provides ongoing professional development, performance monitoring and reviews for team members.
- Demonstrates extensive experience in organising and delivering press events and fashion activations, both in-person and online.
- Oversees reporting processes, including written and visual reports and analyses press coverage across print, digital and social channels using relevant measurement tools to evaluate EMV, ADV, engagement, reach and other key metrics.
- Supports the overall running of the office and ensures junior team members fulfil their responsibilities effectively.
- Contributes to weekly meetings, presenting insights on the media landscape across print, digital and social platforms as part of the publication review.
- Guides their team in meeting performance targets set for current clients.
- Manages an extended portfolio of clients while also delivering ad hoc projects throughout the year, such as events.
- Oversees and approves team holiday requests and other leave arrangements.
