Hi, I’m Radina, Director of Design at LucidLink. I'm looking for a Senior Product Designer with strong product thinking, a research-informed approach, and a clear focus on work that leads to better outcomes. This is a chance to help shape a category-defining product. On our team, craft, honesty, and real customer impact matter a lot.

I'm looking for someone who’s comfortable working across discovery and delivery — from understanding customer needs to designing clear, scalable experiences across web, desktop, and mobile. The work sits in a complex product space, with connected workflows, integrations, and technical depth that make the design challenges especially interesting. Experience or interest in AI-powered UX is a strong plus.

What You'll Do:

  • Own design outcome on complex product areas, from discovery to delivery.
  • Run research and validation activities, and turn insights into product decisions.
  • Design flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces across platforms.
  • Partner with product and engineering to create solutions that balance customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
  • Use data, research, and design judgment to improve outcomes.
  • Contribute to consistency through patterns, components, and design system practices.
  • Communicate decisions clearly through rationale, storytelling, and evidence.
  • Contribute to design quality through collaboration and feedback.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong product thinking and ability to simplify complex problems.
  • Solid research and validation skills, with good judgment on when to use them.
  • Experience designing complex digital products across multiple platforms, ideally desktop-first.
  • Strong technical acumen, with the ability to quickly grasp and work within complex systems.
  • Strong systems thinking and attention to scalability and edge cases.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in iterative environments.
  • Data-informed mindset and comfort using qualitative and quantitative signals.
  • A technical background or comfort with technically complex products is a plus.
  • High craft standards in interaction, visual design, and prototyping.
  • Experience in SaaS or B2B products is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with AI-enabled features or workflows is a strong plus.
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken.

You’ll Thrive Here If You Are:

  • Proactive and curious, with a habit of looking beyond the obvious solution.
  • Comfortable working in fast-moving environments where priorities evolve and learning is continuous.
  • Thoughtful about both speed and quality, knowing when to go deep and when to keep momentum.
  • Collaborative and low-ego, with a willingness to share work early and improve it through feedback.
  • Motivated by solving real customer problems and creating measurable product value.
  • Reliable in execution and confident working independently within a shared product direction.
  • Energized by complexity and able to bring clarity to ambiguous situations.

Show Us Your Craft: Please share a portfolio with detailed case studies that walk us through your process from insight to execution.

Interview plan:

  • Initial Interview: You’ll meet with someone from our People & Culture team.
  • Hiring Manager Interview: You’ll meet with the hiring manager for a structured interview focused on your past experience and achievements.
  • Design Interview: You’ll meet with the lead product designer to discuss your experience and present a case study.
  • Design Task: In this live session with our Design team, you’ll collaborate on a real-world design challenge.
  • Review Session & Prototype w/Design team: Selected candidates will complete a short follow-up exercise.
