Lucideon are actively seeking an experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Officer to join our dedicated Analysis and Evaluation quality team in Stone, Staffordshire. - Conducting Internal Audits and self-inspections
- Preparing for and participating in Regulatory Inspections (UKAS, FDA, MHRA) and client audits
- Providing training on the Quality Management System to Lucideon colleagues
- Reviewing and controlling various documents, such as equipment maintenance records and SOPs
- Leading Complaint and Non-Conformance Investigations
- Overseeing Change Control and Quality Risk Management
