Lucideon are actively seeking an experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Officer to join our dedicated Analysis and Evaluation quality team in Stone, Staffordshire.

Key Responsibilities:
As a QA Officer at Lucideon, you will be an integral part of our Quality team, supporting the Head of Quality in various tasks, including but not limited to:
- Conducting Internal Audits and self-inspections
- Preparing for and participating in Regulatory Inspections (UKAS, FDA, MHRA) and client audits
- Providing training on the Quality Management System to Lucideon colleagues
- Reviewing and controlling various documents, such as equipment maintenance records and SOPs
- Leading Complaint and Non-Conformance Investigations
- Overseeing Change Control and Quality Risk Management
- Facilitating Technical & Quality Agreements between Lucideon and Clients/Suppliers

- 37 hours per week, Monday – Friday
- Onsite at our office in Stone, Staffordshire

Qualifications/Experience:
- A degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent experience
- Proven experience working within an ISO 17025 or GMP quality management system
Knowledge/Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization and from different functions.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Self-driven with a proactive attitude
- A strong advocate for teamwork at all levels
- Ability to lead discussions and problem-solving initiatives
