Join our team as a Quality Assurance Officer at Lucideon! Lucideon are actively seeking an experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Officer to join our dedicated Analysis and Evaluation quality team in Stone, Staffordshire. Who You Are: Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for quality management? Key Responsibilities: As a QA Officer at Lucideon, you will be an integral part of our Quality team, supporting the Head of Quality in various tasks, including but not limited to: Conducting Internal Audits and self-inspections Preparing for and participating in Regulatory Inspections (UKAS, FDA, MHRA) and client audits Providing training on the Quality Management System to Lucideon colleagues Reviewing and controlling various documents, such as equipment maintenance records and SOPs Leading Complaint and Non-Conformance Investigations Overseeing Change Control and Quality Risk Management Facilitating Technical & Quality Agreements between Lucideon and Clients/Suppliers Core Features & Benefits Permanent position 37 hours per week, Monday – Friday Onsite at our office in Stone, Staffordshire Private Medical Insurance (including a cash plan to pay most excesses, and the option to enrol other family members) Medical Cash Plan Annual leave of 25 days plus bank holidays (including Christmas shutdown) Pension scheme (matched up to 5%) Onsite Mental Health First Aiders Life Assurance up to four times basic salary Professional development support with internal and external opportunities to learn and grow A corporate library to facilitate informed decision-making and innovation Qualifications/Experience: A degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent experience Proven experience working within an ISO 17025 or GMP quality management system Knowledge/Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization and from different functions.
