A leading aircraft engine asset management platform is seeking an AVP, Powerplant to support engine acquisition analysis, powerplant technical management, and data-driven decision making. This is a senior, hands-on role combining engine technical expertise, commercial and financial analysis, and ownership of business-critical data and digital tools supporting engine investment strategies. Location-flexible role with the option to be based in the UK or Ireland, or to work remotely within Europe.

Key focus areas include:

  • Engine acquisition analysis and maintenance cost modelling
  • Technical management of acquired powerplant assets
  • Oversight of engine workscopes and maintenance activity
  • Ownership and optimisation of technical, commercial, and financial data
  • Development and use of digital tools and analytics (including EFPAC)

Ideal background:

  • 10+ years in powerplant or engine asset management
  • Strong knowledge of major engine types (CFM, P&W, GE, IAE, RR)
  • Commercially and financially astute
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong interest in digital solutions
  • EFPAC experience highly desirable
