We are currently hiring an Engine Technical Project Manager on behalf of an international aviation leasing client. This is a key role responsible for overseeing the seamless transition of engines from lessees and sellers into the fleet.
The successful candidate will work closely with customers, MROs, and technical consultants to ensure timely and compliant project delivery. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in engine maintenance and project management within the aviation sector.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate the induction and transition of engines from lessees and sellers into the fleet

Ensure all technical records, documentation, and compliance requirements are met

Act as the primary point of contact between FTAI and external stakeholders, including customers, maintenance providers, and technical consultants

Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets related to engine transitions
Key Requirements:

Minimum of 5 yearsβ experience in engine maintenance, MRO operations, or technical project management within the aviation industry

Solid understanding of engine leasing, maintenance practices, and regulatory compliance

Prior experience with CFM engine maintenance in an airline, MRO, leasing company, or OEM setting is strongly preferred
