We have a live opportunity for a Windows 11 Deployment Engineer to join our customer based in Poole, Dorset. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Windows based deployments, imaging, and management using tools such as MECM. Additionally, a strong background in providing on-site support and floorwalking during deployment activities is highly desired. As a Windows 11 Deployment Engineer, you will play a crucial role in our organization’s technology transition and user support.
Day-to-day:

Conduct system imaging and configuration for Windows 11 deployment.

Provide on-site support and floorwalking during the deployment process, ensuring a smooth transition for end-users.

Utilise MECM (Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager) to manage and monitor Windows 11 deployment progress.

Troubleshoot technical issues, escalate where necessary, and provide timely resolutions to deployment-related problems.

Document deployment activities and create user guides to facilitate a seamless transition to Windows 11.
