We’re working with a leading organisation looking for an experienced D365 Solution Architect to join their established Dynamics team. You’ll be part of a collaborative environment delivering a range of Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform projects, starting ASAP up until Jan 2026 initially.
You’ll be responsible for designing and overseeing the delivery of end-to-end solutions across D365 and the wider Power Platform. This will include translating business requirements into technical designs, working closely with functional and technical consultants, and supporting pre-sales activity by guiding customers through both current capabilities and future solution roadmaps.
Key Responsibilities- Define solution architecture across D365 CE, Power Platform, Azure, and related integrations
- Lead workshops and solution walkthroughs with customers, supporting pre-sales and early engagement activity
- Work a backlog of requirements; prioritising, refining, and ensuring delivery aligns with business objectives
- Oversee build/configuration from internal teams, ensuring best practice and design integrity
- Support the implementation of Power Pages and Customer Insights Journeys where relevant
- Collaborate within a larger Dynamics team across multiple workstreams and ongoing initiatives
- Proven experience as a D365 CE
- Strong Power Platform knowledge (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Experience in Power Pages is a distinct advantage
- Understanding of Customer Insights / Journeys
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, practical solution designs
