Mobile Device Rollout Engineer
Location: West Yorkshire
Start: ASAP
Duration: 4 weeks initially, with potential extension
Positions: 4
We are looking for 4 Mobile Device Rollout Engineers to support a customer with an upcoming mobile phone deployment project based at a central site in West Yorkshire.
Responsibilities:
- Handing out new, pre-configured mobile phones to staff
- Collecting and recording old devices
- Updating deployment/asset records
- Providing basic assistance to users during handover
- Escalating any technical issues where required
Requirements:
- Previous IT rollout, deployment or support experience preferred
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and professional
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced rollout environment
