Here at Lucid we have an exciting opportunity for a couple of experienced Desktop Engineers to join our client on a 3 month contract.
- Imaging and deployment of new Desktops, Laptops and Mobile Devices.
- Handing new devices to users, assisting with user profile set-up, and supporting migration issues.
- Provide advanced-level support for Windows desktop operating systems (e.g. Windows 10, Windows 11, O365) and associated applications.
- Floorwalk support post migration to assist users with faulty profiles and any desktop issues experienced.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, Group Policy, and remote desktop support tools.
