We are seeking an experienced Business Continuity & ISO implementation Analyst to lead the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our ISO 22301-certified Business Continuity Management System (BCMS). This role combines business continuity governance with technical resilience expertise, ensuring critical business services and Microsoft-based technology platforms remain resilient, recoverable, and compliant with regulatory and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation, management, and continual improvement of the ISO 22301 Business Continuity Management System (BCMS).
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance business continuity policies, standards, procedures, and support documentation.
  • Ensure BCMS activities remain aligned with organisational objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry’s best practices.
  • Support ISO 22301 certification activities and ongoing compliance requirements.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) and Disaster Recovery (DR) Plans.
  • Partner with business leaders, technology teams, risk functions, and operational stakeholders to ensure continuity requirements are understood and maintained.
  • Support internal audits, external audits, and certification assessments.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • 3–7+ years' experience in Business Continuity, Operational Resilience, Risk Management, or Disaster Recovery.
  • Proven experience implementing and maintaining Business Continuity Management Systems.
  • Experience conducting Business Impact Analyses and risk assessments.
  • Experience developing and maintaining Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans.
  • Experience supporting internal and external audit programmes.
  • Experience working within Microsoft-centric environments, including Microsoft 365 and Azure.
  • Demonstrable experience leading resilience testing and validation activities.
