An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Application Support Analyst with in-depth knowledge of COINS ERP software. The successful candidate will play a key role across multiple projects covering integration, support, maintenance, and enhancing the COINS application across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day application support for COINS users across various departments.
- Support data migration, integration, and reporting efforts using COINS functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues or escalate as needed.
- Assist with upgrades, implementations, and system configurations.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and analysis tools.
- Proven ability to support business applications and end-users effectively.
- Liaise with vendors and internal IT teams to ensure optimal system performance.
- Create and maintain documentation, including user guides and standard operating procedures.
- Conduct user training sessions and deliver system-related workshops.
- Participate in projects aimed at improving or extending system capabilities.
- Experience with SQL or other reporting/data tools.
- Background in IT support or systems implementation is ideal.
- Knowledge and experience of CVR (Cost Value Reconciliation) processes ideal.
