Key Responsibilities
- Alerting Monitoring: Create and maintain alerting aligned with business requirements using AppDynamics.
- Health Rules Management: Configure and deploy health rules; triage AppDynamics issues in lower environments.
- Defect Management: Own the AppDynamics defect management process from initial triage through to production fix.
- Vendor Liaison: Act as the key point of contact with Cisco for any AppDynamics-related issues.
- Technical SME: Serve as the AppDynamics subject matter expert across the client landscape and provide integration support across broader delivery teams.
- Governance Oversight: Establish and maintain governance mechanisms to monitor frequently triggered health rules in production.
