Logistics Administrator – South West London – 3 Month Contract

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrator to join my customers team in South West London on a 3-month initial contract.

Responsibilities

• Record and manage IT equipment details using the ServiceNow system.
• Assist with asset tagging, inventory tracking, and updating device records.
• Support the decommissioning of outdated or retired devices in accordance with company procedures.
• Coordinate logistics for device distribution and collection as part of the iPhone rollout.
• Provide general administrative support to the IT team as required, based on project work
• Conduct accurate and timely data entry into systems in accordance with organizational policies.
• Utilise Microsoft Excel to create, organise, and manage spreadsheets, ensuring data integrity and usability.
