Location: Aberdeen & surrounding areas

Duration: 2nd March - 27th March, 13th April - 1st May (Monday-Friday, 8:30-4:30)

Rate: £185 per day, + £15 per day travel expenses

Clearance: PVG, eDBS.

We are looking for a field-based IT Engineer to work alongside an operations team supporting various client sites. The role involves handling ServiceNow tickets and travelling to multiple sites each day to deliver hands-on technical support, break-fix and deployment tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to incidents and service requests via ServiceNow
  • Provide end-user and device support for Windows 11, M365 and related technologies.
  • Support Active Directory environments
  • Support Microsoft Intune and endpoint management
  • Support and Deploy Apple, Samsung and other smart devices
  • Troubleshoot, configure and Deploy hardware and software, dealing with any connectivity issues
  • Work closely with the central operations team
Requirements:
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Access to a vehicle
  • PVG/Disclosure Scotland (or willingness to obtain)
