The Traffic Manager will partner with our Client Service and Project Management Teams at Lucid Group, coordinating and managing day‑to‑day resourcing across multi‑disciplinary teams to ensure projects are delivered on scope, schedule and budget.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the point of contact for all in‑house functions, signposting and advising on specialist support.
- Manage the resource schedule to keep teams running effectively, avoiding wasted or down time, while monitoring employee utilisation and balancing workload.
- Proactively follow up and create opportunities for project tasks to be actioned with sufficient lead time to ensure correct plans are in place.
- Take resource requests on board, ask the right questions about brief and requirements, and ensure briefs are completed accurately and ahead of schedule.
- Partner with Client Service/Project Management Teams and Creative, Medical and Technical department heads to plan and prioritise work optimally.
- Manage resource change requirements and updates, informing team members of any status changes that may impact them.
- Facilitate regular workflow review meetings with senior teams to ensure briefs are allocated to the right people and appropriate timeframes.
- Ensure all actions from meetings are followed up and that all stakeholders are quickly informed of any changes that impact them or their projects.
- Ensure files are retrieved and stored correctly within Lucid filing systems.
- Support continuous improvement of resourcing processes and contribute ideas to enhance efficiency.
