- US Marketing works with clients across the Rx, Medical Device, OTC and Consumer Device categories to deliver compelling communications and promotional solutions to Healthcare Professionals for in‑market assets.
About The Role
The Group Systems and Data Manager is a pivotal role responsible for managing the systems architecture across the organisation. This role ensures seamless collaboration between business systems, oversees data governance processes, and promotes best practices for system integration, data maintenance, and system audits. The individual within this role is responsible for enabling teams to effectively utilise business systems and maintain data accuracy, supporting operational excellence and strategic decision‑making.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Maintain expert understanding of all Lucid Group systems to assess change impacts and ensure optimal use.
- Document system integrations, data flows, and dependencies.
- Monitor system enhancements and partner with functional owners on upgrades.
- Recommend improvements for connectivity, efficiency, and cost savings (including APIs).
- Define and implement workflows that reduce manual effort.
- Oversee system and data categorisation updates.
- Manage hand‑offs between functional teams and group systems.
- Own CMAP maintenance and liaise with CMAP.
