Location: Baltic Triangle, Hybrid (minimum of 3 days in the office)

Overview
We are looking for a Finance Administrator to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a candidate to gain hands-on experience by providing essential daily support to our finance team. This role will be supporting our finance team and requires some accountancy knowledge.
What you’ll do
- Data entry into the accounting software Xero
- Bank Reconciliations
- Organise supplier payment runs
- Assist with day-to-day tasks
- Preparation of data for VAT Returns
- Assist with ad hoc year-end work including audit queries
- Assist with various month end procedures, adhering to strict deadlines
- Process regular expenses for the business, liaising directly with employee queries
- Review, organise, process and file invoices electronically
- Other ad hoc duties
What we’re looking for from you
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Proficient understanding of accounting principles
- Good attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy is essential
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft software package, particularly Excel
What can you expect during the Interview Process
- 1st Interview – An interview to discuss your experience and working history relating to the position with our Financial Controller and Head of Talent. In return, we will provide a full overview of the role, life at the studio as well as answer any questions you may have.
- Onsite interview – A final interview with our Financial Controller and Finance Director. This will be a chance for you to get to know the Senior Management team and all the things that make Lucid, Lucid! You will have a lot of opportunities to ask any questions about the studio and Culture.
