Responsibilities Work with the production team and technical director to plan work. Lead and manage the day-to-day running of a systems programming team. Take ownership of the design and development of key framework systems for a multiplayer title. Support your team in the implementation of reliable, maintainable, and bug-free code. Bring technical expertise and experience to the challenges of multiplayer game development. Hold 1:1 meetings with team members and support their career development. Advise and mentor junior staff on best practices in multiplayer game development. Required Experience Proven leadership experience. Experience working on multiple games for console and PC. Excellent C/C++ knowledge. Multiplayer experience. Experience with AI, Animation, and Gameplay Programming.
