The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
We seek a Senior Urban Designer or Associate, to help coordinate and deliver on our masterplanning projects, as part of a multidisciplinary team. We are a creative, studio-based practice in central Manchester and all of our team are 'hands-on' in terms of production. We seek a motivated individual who enjoys working in a similar way and is looking to progress in their career.
Core responsibilities:
- Management of tasks & client liaison (in support of Project Directors)
- Taking day-to-day ownership of projects & deliverables
- Design development, sketching & illustration as part of the design process (AutoCAD & Adobe suite required with Revit & GIS skills desirable)
- Meeting attendance, preparation & presentation
As a relatively new practice we would encourage involvement in the development of our working processes and culture more generally - helping increase our activity in policy & best practice research, grow our external profile and depending upon experience, contribute to bid writing & work winning.
