Senior Network Engineer

Contract Type: Permanent

Overview:

We are working with a client seeking an experienced Network Engineer with a strong data centre engineering and deployment background. This is a permanent opportunity for a technically driven engineer operating at CCNP level (or working towards CCIE), who thrives in high-performance network environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy and support enterprise-grade data centre network infrastructures
• Work with Cisco and Arista network environments
• Engineer and support Nexus and ACI-based data centre networks
• Implement and troubleshoot VXLAN / EVPN
• Support and optimise multicast network services
• Take part in data centre deployments, migrations and network transformations
• Act as a technical escalation point for complex networking issues
• Cisco CCNP level (or equivalent experience), ideally working towards CCIE
• Strong hands-on experience with Cisco and/or Arista

Solid experience with:

• Nexus / ACI
• VXLAN / EVPN

Nice to Have:

• CCIE in progress
