Our Ideal You
You may have: started your own firm and don’t like doing it alone, or been with a large company and want something more dynamic or want to feel more valued. Either way, you want a home for the foreseeable future where you can be your authentic awesome self.
- Minimum 2 years’ IFA experience, with active SPS & CAS (preference for 3‑7 years advising experience).
- We want people to come and stay with us for at least ten years.
- Chartered status or clear path to achieve it in the next 12 months.
- Top‑tier literacy, numeracy and decision‑making skills.
- Confident with Word, Excel—and the ability to pick up new systems fast.
- A self‑starter with a can‑do attitude and genuine team spirit.
- Client bank – we don’t really need your clients. We want you; if you have some you can’t let go, we understand why and will do our best to accommodate.
Nice to Have
- Intelligent Office (Intelliflo), Voyant, FE Analytics, Timeline cashflow planning software, Moneyinfo.
- A track record of building sustainable referrals and achieving retention targets.
We want people that want to be involved in the future of financial planning. What does this mean?
- Taking an interest inside of the day job to find out more about what’s going on.
- Enjoy attending events—to learn, not just to mill around! You are capable of taking that learning and applying it to your role and helping others in the business do so too.
- Friendly—people focussed. Enjoy socialising and finding out about people.
- Proactive helper—you want to help people. It’s very simple! That should be your sole motivation.
- It doesn’t matter what really, because we are life planners and life is all encompassing. Taking that and applying relevant points to the role.
