About the Role
We’re looking for a hands‑on Marketing Manager to support the growth of our EV charging and home energy management solutions. If you’re a proactive marketer with strong multichannel experience — and curious about the fast‑growing cleantech sector — this is an exciting opportunity to join a forward‑thinking, high‑growth division. EV experience is helpful but not essential — curiosity, drive and action‑orientation matter most.
- Plan and deliver integrated campaigns for EV charging and energy products
- Support product launches with clear, compelling messaging
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing with commercial goals
Content & Brand
- Create engaging content — case studies, blogs, webinars, presentations & video
- Translate technical features into customer‑friendly messages
- Strengthen brand presence across website, email, social, and digital channels
Digital Marketing
- Deliver SEO, paid media, email, and social campaigns
- Track and analyse campaign performance to optimise results
- Support the management of digital assets, websites, and app listings
Events & Partnerships
- Support trade shows, installer events and partner marketing
- Work collaboratively with wholesalers, distributors & installers
- Represent Sync Energy professionally at industry events across the UK
Market Insight
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends
- Build knowledge of EV incentives, regulations and developments
- Share insights to support strategy and future campaign planning
What We’re Looking For
