About the Role
As our Digital Designer (UX / Web), you’ll design visually engaging, user‑centred digital experiences across our brand websites and platforms. Working closely with marketing, product and development teams, you’ll turn business requirements into seamless digital journeys that perform across all devices. This is a hands‑on role combining strong UX thinking with high‑quality visual design — perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative, modern design environment.
- Design user‑centred web experiences to improve navigation, engagement and conversion
- Create wireframes, UI layouts and interactive designs for websites, landing pages and campaigns
- Design responsive interfaces across desktop, tablet and mobile
- Produce digital assets (web banners, campaign visuals, email graphics, product visuals)
- Contribute to design systems and UI component libraries
- Collaborate closely with developers for smooth CMS implementation
- Review user data and insights to continuously improve UX/UI
- Keep up to date with UX, accessibility and digital design best practice
Requirements
- Strong experience in UX/UI and web design
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Good understanding of UX principles, accessibility and user‑centred design
- Confidence collaborating with marketers and developers
- A strong digital portfolio showcasing web, UI and UX work
