🔧 What You’ll Do:
• Manage users, profiles, and permissions
• Configure custom fields, Lightning pages & validation rules
• Build reports, dashboards, and workflow automations
• Partner with teams to resolve issues & gather requirements
• Perform regular org health checks & recommend improvements
• Support UAT and monitor Salesforce releases
• Maintain data integrity and documentation
• Stay ahead with the latest Salesforce developments
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
• 3+ years\’ experience as a Salesforce Administrator
• Salesforce Admin Certified (must-have)
• Hands-on with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ & Account Engagement
• Skilled in Flow, Validation Rules, and Approval Processes
• Strong communicator with sharp problem-solving skills
• Bonus: Familiarity with Apex, Aura, and LWC
