We’re looking for an experienced and driven Residential Specification Manager to join our team and help grow specification sales across the Northern and Central regions.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a specification sales professional with strong relationships in the social housing and residential sectors, who’s passionate about developing new opportunities and driving growth.
🔧 What you’ll be doing:
- ✅ Securing specification across the Luceco residential portfolio, including:
- ✅ Driving new opportunities within:
- ✅ Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, housing providers and electrical contractors
- ✅ Working closely with Area Sales Managers and Regional Sales Managers to deliver new and existing specifications
- ✅ Delivering engaging presentations on Luceco’s products, strategy and support offering
👤 What we’re looking for:
- ✔️ Proven experience in electrical manufacturing sales
- ✔️ Strong understanding of Local Authority and Housing Association sectors
- ✔️ A track record of sales growth and specification wins
- ✔️ Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills
- ✔️ Highly organised, self‑motivated and commercially focused
