The Opportunity
We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow our UK Trade Sales activity. This is a field‑based, customer‑facing role where you’ll own your region, lead a team of Area Sales Managers, and build strong relationships with key customers across the trade channel.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and exceed regional sales targets through face‑to‑face customer engagement
- Lead, coach and develop a team of Area Sales Managers
- Own Commercial Trading Agreements and performance reviews
- Build strong relationships with major trade customers
- Support joint customer visits and promote the Luceco portfolio
- Manage budgets, reporting, training and development activity
About You
- Proven experience in sales leadership or a relevant trade environment
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of growth
- Excellent communication, organisation and people‑management skills
- Confident using CRM and reporting tools (Salesforce, Phocas, Excel)
- Flexible and open to travel and customer events
