The Opportunity

We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow our UK Trade Sales activity. This is a field‑based, customer‑facing role where you’ll own your region, lead a team of Area Sales Managers, and build strong relationships with key customers across the trade channel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver and exceed regional sales targets through face‑to‑face customer engagement
  • Lead, coach and develop a team of Area Sales Managers
  • Own Commercial Trading Agreements and performance reviews
  • Build strong relationships with major trade customers
  • Support joint customer visits and promote the Luceco portfolio
  • Manage budgets, reporting, training and development activity

About You

  • Proven experience in sales leadership or a relevant trade environment
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of growth
  • Excellent communication, organisation and people‑management skills
  • Confident using CRM and reporting tools (Salesforce, Phocas, Excel)
  • Flexible and open to travel and customer events
