The Role: Product Manager
Are you passionate about managing physical products from concept to shelf? We’re looking for a motivated, proactive Product Manager to take the lead on one of our exciting portfolios across trade, retail, and international markets. You will work closely with our Far East manufacturing teams as well as the UK-based R&D, Marketing, Operations, Sales, and Quality teams.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Define & manage product roadmaps and NPI (New Product Introduction) projects
Analyse market trends and sector requirements to keep us ahead of the curve
Create & manage product collateral – pricing, packaging, manuals, data sheets, and sales aids
Confidently present and train internal sales teams on new products
Support marketing & sales with customer visits & insights
Manage product data in PIM systems & customer line forms
Deliver clear, impactful communication internally & externally
Own the product lifecycle from “cradle to grave”
Stay sharp with the latest industry knowledge & innovations
Collaborate with the Head of Sourcing to track project progress
Who We’re Looking For:
Graduate in Product Management, Business, Engineering, or related field
2-3 years’ experience in product management, ideally in electrical distribution
Highly motivated and driven to deliver market-leading high-quality products that meet customer needs
Strong organisational skills & razor-sharp attention to detail
Excellent at juggling multiple projects and meeting deadlines
