Are you a commercially driven Area Sales Manager who thrives on building relationships, growing territories, and delivering results? This is a fantastic opportunity to join Luceco plc, a UK‑headquartered, globally trusted manufacturer of electrical and lighting products.
You’ll take full ownership of a high‑potential territory, managing and developing key trade relationships while identifying new growth opportunities. This is a hands‑on, customer‑facing role where performance, structure, and relationship‑building really matter.
- Delivering sales growth and budget performance across your territory
- Developing long‑term relationships with existing and new trade customers
- Managing commercial agreements and leading performance reviews
- Working closely with the UK Trade Sales Director and wider sales leadership
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and sales reporting
You’re a results‑focused sales professional with strong organisational skills and the confidence to manage a territory autonomously.
- Proven track record of sales growth and customer development
