We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow our UK Trade Sales activity. This is a field-based, customer-facing role where you’ll own your region, lead a team of Area Sales Managers, and build strong relationships with key customers across the trade channel.

  • Deliver and exceed regional sales targets through face-to-face customer engagement
  • Lead, coach and develop a team of Area Sales Managers
  • Own Commercial Trading Agreements and performance reviews
  • Manage budgets, reporting, training and development activity
  • Proven experience in sales leadership or a relevant trade environment
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of growth
  • Confident using CRM and reporting tools (Salesforce, Phocas, Excel)
  • Flexible and open to travel and customer events
