Role Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for booking and shift availability queries, scheduling Nurses, Care Assistants, and Support Workers across various client sites. Provide excellent customer care to clients and staff. Maintain high levels of organization, multi-task efficiently, and perform well under pressure. Develop our client base by actively seeking new business opportunities. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by matching staff to their needs. Participate in paid on-call duties. Candidate Requirements Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy team environment. Sales flair and entrepreneurial attitude. Enjoy building relationships with clients and professionals. Attention to detail and professionalism. Ambitious, eager to learn and earn. Knowledge of the Northern Ireland Healthcare Sector. Proficiency in computerised booking systems, Microsoft Word, and Excel. At least 6 months experience in sales, admin, or similar roles. Excellent communication skills for effective liaising with clients and candidates.
