I am working with a global organisation who are currently going through a large optimisation programme and they are looking for a SuccessFactors Consultant to help shape this transformation.
They are looking for someone who:
- Has configured and implemented SuccessFactors including Recruiting, Employee Central, Performance and Goals, Compensation, Time and Absence, Learning, Recruitment, Onboarding, and Succession Planning.
- Can quickly analyse and resolve system errors, exceptions, and performance issues, minimizing downtime and enhancing user experience.
- Has Job Profile Builder Integration Experience (desirable).
- Is knowledgeable about integration with other SF modules and different platforms and 3rd party applications.
- Has configured and implemented SuccessFactors Onboarding (2.0) solutions with significant commercial experience of SuccessFactors.
- Holds active certifications.
This is a contract role, you can be based in the UK or Europe. My client aren't offering sponsorship unfortunately.
