We’re proud to be a Workday Services and Sales Partner, supporting clients across their Workday journey, from early-stage advisory through deployment and long-term Application Managed Services (AMS) across Workday HCM and Adaptive Planning.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who loves building relationships, opening doors, and creating new business. You’ll be responsible for generating and converting a strong pipeline of opportunities, engaging with organisations already using Workday as well as those exploring Workday for the first time.
- Spotting and engaging new clients across the UK, Ireland, and EMEA
- Building a healthy, high-quality sales pipeline through outreach, networking, events, and referrals
- Connecting with organisations considering Workday HCM and/or Adaptive Planning
- Building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders in HR, Finance, IT, and Transformation
- Travelling across the UK and Europe to meet clients and be part of the action
Requirements:
- Strong track record of generating pipeline and winning new business
- Experience in software, SaaS, or consulting sales
- Exposure to Workday, HR tech, Finance systems, or transformation projects
