I am working with a global organisation who are looking for a technical Workday SME. You will be responsible for shaping my clients roadmap and enhancing their system functionality. You must have experience working with senior stakeholders and third parties.

You must have a strong expertise in configuring and customising Workday. You will have an understanding of Integration methodologies and have in depth knowledge of reporting and calculated fields.

You will have strong expertise in Security and Data, collaborating across HR and IT to design, implement and maintain robust security and data management measured within Workday.

You will have demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex HR systems projects, including large-scale implementations, upgrades, and ongoing optimisation.

My client are looking for someone who has experience leading a team and is able to manage consultants to assist them with their career development.
