A global organisation is looking for a Workday HCM Manager to bridge the gap between the system analyst and the Global Head Of Workday. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a client who is constantly looking for new ways to invest in Workday and has strong buy-in.

The ideal candidate will have a blend of hands-on configuration experience and leadership experience. You must have experience supporting either HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Learning, Performance, Time and Absence.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for junior members, so you must have the hands-on knowledge to guide them on best practices.
