I am working with a global organisation who are looking for an experienced Workday HCM Consultant to assist them through the transition into BAU. I am looking for someone who has a mix of both good stakeholder management experience and good hands on configuration experience.

You will need to be able to push back against the business as well as having the technical knowledge.

In this role you will be help stabilise the system, assist with continuous improvement and optimisation projects.

The idea candiates will have end to end experience configuring Recruiting, Talent and Performance.
