My global client are looking for a Workday Financials Engagement Manager. You will manage full lifecycle implementations whilst managing and mitigating risk. This candidate will have experience on multiple Workday Financials Projects and must have active Engagement Manager/Project Manager certifications.
You must have experience in managing internal and external stakeholders and be proficient in managing budget and resource.
You will be:
- Executing the project implementation activities in line with Workday's methodology from project planning to deploy and hyper-care stages
- Managing project commercials including proactive and efficient monitoring of resource and budget utilisation
- Managing project governance including proactively managing and mitigating risks, dependencies and assumptions
- Constructively and effectively managing customer and internal stakeholders
- Leading internal project team members
- Coaching and supporting junior delivery team members
