I am working with a global organisation who is looking for a HR Specialist to support an ongoing Talent and Performance transformation. You will support the 2026 performance cycle and support the Workday Performance build.
This is a client facing role so you must have strong stakeholder engagement skills as you will be coordinating across the HR team, senior leaders and project managers. You will be designing operational readiness across Talent, Performance and a new upward feedback system.
The right person will have strong Talent operation experience on a global transformation project, project coordination and knowledge of Workday Performance is a plus!
