Location - London 1-2 days a week

Salary £75,000 - £80,000 + bonus

I am working with a global organisation who are looking for a HR Project Manager to assist them with their Workday deployment. You will:

  • Support the successful delivery of Workday globally.
  • Oversee multiple project workstreams (change, technical, data, for example) ensuring alignment throughout the project timeline.
  • Manage project team meetings and provide direction.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to support managing dependencies and expectations.
  • Manage the project plan and DRAID log.
  • Present and report project progress to the Programme Manager, escalating risks, issues and change requests where required.
  • Maintain a positive and solution-oriented approach to work, providing open and honest feedback.
  • In all internal and external contact, present a professional and positive image of the HR and the company maintaining mutually constructive, positive and beneficial relationships.
