HR Data Analyst- Contract Initial 6 month contract London- Hybrid Β£450 a day outside of IR35.

My global client is implementing a Skills-Based Organisation (SBO) to redefine how roles, capabilities and talent are structured across the Firm.

As part of this transformation, the Firm is partnering with Tech Wolf to generate AI-driven skills intelligence from across the workforce, and with Workday as the system of record for the resulting skills and job data.

They are looking for someone who is confident in storytelling as a result of analysing large data sets and being able to identify gaps/anomalies.

They aren't looking for someone who has experience with either Techwolf or Workday, it is more the data experience that is crucial for them.

This is a contract role with the opportunity to go permanent.

The right candidate will have experience in: Strong analytical skills with demonstrable experience interpreting and drawing insight from large, complex datasets.

Experience with, or strong working knowledge of, job architecture, skills frameworks, competency models or workforce planning.

Comfortable working with HRIS or skills intelligence platforms; familiarity with Workday and/or Tech Wolf is an advantage.

Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage senior business and HR stakeholders and facilitate validation discussions.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical or data-heavy findings into clear, business-relevant narratives.

High attention to detail and a methodical approach to data quality and governance.

Experience in professional services, or another large, complex matrixed organisation, is preferred.

Advanced Excel skills; experience with data visualisation or analytics tools (e. g.

Power BI, Tableau) is beneficial.
