Role Overview

We’re seeking a talented Adaptive Planning Consultant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a finance professional with strong analytical skills and a passion for technology who is looking to deepen their expertise in Workday Adaptive Planning. You’ll be responsible for implementing, enhancing, and supporting Adaptive Planning solutions for our clients across a range of industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support end-to-end implementations of Workday Adaptive Planning for clients.
  • Gather and document business requirements for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
  • Design, build, and test Adaptive Planning models including sheets, dashboards, and reports.
  • Partner with client finance and FP&A teams to streamline and automate planning workflows.
  • Provide training, support, and guidance to client users post-implementation.
  • Collaborate with internal Workday and finance transformation teams to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and best practice development within the Adaptive team.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning (implementation or client‑side configuration).
  • Minimum 5 years of finance or FP&A experience, ideally in roles involving budgeting, forecasting, or financial modelling.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes and data structures.
  • Excellent Excel and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience with Workday HCM or Financials integration.
  • Consulting or client‑facing implementation experience.
  • Knowledge of data integration tools and planning system architectures.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Workday Adaptive Planning Certification (highly desirable).
