HR Data Analyst- Contract Initial 6 month contract London- Hybrid £My global client is implementing a Skills-Based Organisation (SBO) to redefine how roles, capabilities and talent are structured across the Firm. As part of this transformation, the Firm is partnering with TechWolf to generate AI-driven skills intelligence from across the workforce, and with Workday as the system of record for the resulting skills and job data. They are looking for someone who is confident in storytelling as a result of analysing large data sets and being able to identify gaps/anomalies.
