I am working with a global organisation who is looking for a Workday Recruiting Analyst to support the delivery of a global recruiting transformation project. You will be supporting, testing and monitoring the continuous improvement of the Workday Recruiting module.

You will have strong expertise in Workday Recruiting and be able to configure and make business process changes. You must have a good understanding of how integrations and external systems interact with Workday, and confidence assessing downstream process impacts.

You will:

  • Partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to understand recruitment process requirements and translate them into clear functional solutions within Workday.
  • Support the future-state design and delivery of Workday Recruiting processes, including requisition and offer-related activities.
  • Work closely with technical and integration teams to assess process dependencies, data flows, and downstream impacts across connected systems.
  • Contribute to functional walkthroughs, business validation sessions, and solution reviews with stakeholders.
  • Support testing activity including UAT readiness, scenario validation, issue investigation, and functional assurance across both standard and exception flows.

The right candidate will have 5+ years experience with Workday Recruiting and have experience working and managing senior stakeholders.
