We are now looking for a professional, detail-driven Onboarding Specialist to join our KF Interim EMEA Operations team in London. This is a highly visible, business-facing role offering the opportunity to work at the heart of a growing and dynamic interim solutions business.
The role
As an Onboarding Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring interim placements are set up accurately, compliantly, and efficiently. You will work closely with Sales, Onboarding, Finance, and Operations teams to manage contracts, documentation, and compliance across EMEA - all in line with internal policies and SOX/US GAAP requirements. This is a fast-paced role that suits someone who thrives under pressure, enjoys juggling priorities, and has exceptional attention to detail.
What you will be doing
- Coordinating end-to-end onboarding for interim placements across EMEA
- Creating and reviewing client contracts and contractor agreements
- Ensuring placements are accurately set up with full documentation and compliance
- Managing change requests (operational and financial), including rate updates
- Acting as a key point of contact via a shared inbox for onboarding queries
- Supporting internal and external audits
- Collaborating on team projects and continuous improvement initiatives
What we are looking for
- At least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar coordination, operations, or onboarding role
- A professional, confident communicator comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise in a high-volume environment
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- A collaborative team player with a strong work ethic
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
