We are seeking an experienced Change Management leader to drive enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across multiple regions. This role owns end-to-end change strategy, communications, training, and enablement to ensure successful adoption of complex programs and platform launches. Strong preference for experience within insurance, financial services, banking or other regulated environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead change management for complex, multi-region initiatives and concurrent go-lives.
- Conduct impact assessments and develop readiness and adoption strategies.
- Design and execute strategic communications for executives, field teams, and end users.
- Develop scalable onboarding, enablement, and training materials (playbooks, toolkits, FAQs, quick guides).
- Establish and lead change champion networks to drive local adoption.
- Partner cross-functionally with product, business, and operations to ensure alignment and reduce change risk.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of enterprise change management or transformation experience.
- Background in insurance or financial services strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to drive adoption across large, complex organizations.
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience building scalable training and enablement programs.
- Change certification (Prosci, CCMP) a plus.
